Traditionally, attorneys charge clients by the hour for their service, and clients agree to pay for whatever amount of hours the case requires to complete. With “flat fee” legal service, an attorney can tell you at the beginning of your case what you will pay for a particular service. Then, the fee doesn’t change, it stays “flat” throughout the case.

In cases which require more evidence to win, there may also be costs such as:

Your fees will only change if the services that you need change. Often, we are able to include your family members, such as your spouse or minor children, in your immigration case.
